Brand new waterfront, family friendly lake house.

Beautiful, brand new (October 2022) home right on the lake across from a great marina. If there is a happening place in Conroe, this Marina would be the place. Guests could easily boat or kayak to dinner and/or shopping. We provide two kayaks and one paddle board for your use. Our home is 3 stories with 5 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- sleeping 12. We have a private boat dock and lift for a vhull boat and a jet ski, two balconies and a patio. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors so stairs are required. We’ve set up a couple of different work areas for those of you that can’t completely break away from the grind. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. We have a large game room fully equipped with pool table, lots of games, karaoke and a Wii U. We’ve truly tried to provide our guests with anything they could possibly need. We hope above all, that our guests notice that we tried to make our place a home away from home. We are a single family home but still close to our neighbors. We therefore, need to be respectful of both privacy and noise. If you are looking for a place to “party it up” we are probably not your place! We love families, girls weekends, guys weekends, fishing trips, etc. We don’t love events and parties. Our home is protected by outside cameras for your safety and our peace of mind. Great for large groups
Amazing home right on the lake with so many amenities! I have never stayed in such a well stocked rental home. The owner has added many touches that go above and beyond: from the makeup wipes in all bathrooms to a wonderful game and toy closet that is full of games and kid toys to outdoor activity items.. I could go on and on. Do yourselves a favor and stay here!

Beautiful Spacious Townhouse
The townhouse is extremely comfortable, 3 stories so if you have trouble climbing stairs this a no go since all bedrooms are upstairs. Other than that, this place is gorgeous and well appointed. You have access to the lake from the backyard unfortunately it was cold during our stay, and we did not sit outside to enjoy the view. Nearby, you have several restaurants, shops, and lots of donut’s stores, lol. I would definitely rent this location in the future.

Home away from Home
As my husband put it, this house is like Mary Poppins, it looks small from the outside but it just keeps going when you get inside. Not only did we have enough room, but it was comfortably and made you feel right at home. One big plus for us was the boat dock, with the lift. Nothing like easily coming and going as you please with the boat right there. Also you cant beat the view from either floor. Although its a bit too hot to sit on the balconys right now, you can still enjoy the view from inside. We are already planning a trip back, and hope to make it a yearly place for us to stay! Thank you Stacey for being quick to respond and so generous!

Best location on the lake!
Amazing property in the best location. This home was beautiful and kept immaculate with every amenity and comfort provided by the owners. They truly have thought of and provided everything you could think of. The home and yard feels a lot larger since it is on the end and the layout is perfect for entertaining adults while the kids sneak away to the fully stocked game room. The location cannot be beat. There are no other comparable homes that we would allow our children to kayak to the marina since it is right there. Aside from many great restaurants at the marina the kids enjoyed going by water to Starbucks or marble slab each day. Thank you Stacy for being the best owner/host out there and for all the time end energy you have put into your home. It has all paid off. We will be sure to be back year after year.

Perfect for Groom Family
We had a wedding at a nearby venue and this was a perfect place for the Grooms side of the family to stay. Plenty of rooms to choose from for the different families, and places for everyone to hang out in. The hosts were wonderful and left a few tasty treats for us. We felt as if we were just visiting friends and felt very much at home.

Classy and Practical
So many great perks to this property: all the game options, reading material, kayak, paddle board, boat dock, kitchen seating, bedding, even the rugs were plush- not cheap. I also loved the conveniences in the bathrooms. Hostess was friendly, proactive, and conveyed expectations clearly and cleverly :). Check in process couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend.
