When you get a hotel room you expect all the things inside your room to work properly, but not at this place. The TV kept pausing every 5 minutes so I couldn’t even enjoy that, there was a lot of damage and just overall janky aspects to my room. The bed was hard as a rock. I expected more from this place with the 9/10 reviews but it was clearly misleading. Don’t think I’ll be going back there. I asked for a reimbursement for my inconvenience and they just pushed it onto the place I booked with. Not cool.

We enjoyed our stay! It was only a short drive to Monterey bay. Staff was very friendly. Place was clean and in a good location. We loved walking around the cute neighborhood right around the hotel.

The place may not have had the best curb appeal, but the room was comfortable and clean. They had shampoo and body wash bottles, a microwave and mini-frig, and Dish TV. Nothing fancy, just reasonable for a few nights.

the Staff were excellent and responsive. The room was clean and quiet which is difficult in such a busy location. Overall, the stay was a good one with ease to get to all the specific points we wanted to re-visit. I was stationed there in the military many years ago and it was a bit of a trip down memory lane. The pet friendly rooms are a great advantage for us bringing our little beast along and the property included pet areas thankfully. the stay was only a couple days but we would use the same stay again gladly.

Great customer service. Karun went out of his way to help change my room, as I am a light sleeper, and the room I was assigned was by the road. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels were plush and absorbent. It was nice that there were two areas to potty your dog. Note: There are not a lot of areas outside of the property to walk your dog since it runs along a busy road, but there is a side street that can be accessed during the day through the back gate. Parking is tight so if you have a suburban or car of similar size you don't want to park in back.
