Check in line was long. Then when I finally get to check-in, Joseph said he couldn’t find my reservation. Took over 20 min to get checked in. Then, no one told us where the elevators were and so we had to walk around til we finally found it. Room was nice, however ,the thermostat was stuck on 74 and we couldn’t turn it down. Tried calling guest services, phone rang for over 2 min, no answer. Then tried calling again about 5 min. Later and we did get an answer. They sent up someone to look at it. I will say that he got there pretty quickly and fixed it very quickly, which was very nice. The room and beds were very nice and comfortable!

connected to convention center where daughter played volleyball tournament.. This was very convenient and made the trip easy and stress free. Room was cleaned daily and ice on every floor was a plus. Lounge was utilized as well as the coffee shop. walking distance to restaurants and fast food (ie chipoltle) would definately stay here again.
