We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now and it never disappoints. Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing food in the lobby restaurant. This particular trip we bought some memorabilia that we could not bring home in the plane. 1- I asked for help with my luggages and say said sorry we don't have somebody to help. 2- the room was opened on the room next door and I disappointed when somebody opened the door between us and got into my room. It's not a 4 Stars hotel.

The staff that I encountered was very rude to not only me but my children. I understand it was busy and there were a lot of children running around but if you cannot embrace it for a big weekend then this should not be on our lists. The room was nice, the hotel was nice. But I will question staying here again due to the customer service. I spent a lot of money to have such a negative experience.
