I'm very disappointed 😞

The hallway smells the carpet is really, really dirty. The first room they put, us in smelled really bad Come to find out It was a waterleak coming from the air conditioner the floor was really wet, so they moved us to the next room on the same floor which wasn't bad, but it's still kind of smelled because of the dirty stinky. carpet and the furniture in the room was really nasty too just ridiculous for the money you pay for these rooms. So my stay wasn't comfortable at all!! And they gave us free breakfast tickets, which was nasty, too also. The breakfast is not worth $10.

Definitely not what I expect at a Hilton property. The front desk agent was rude upon check in and had to walk us to our room as the key card machine was not working. When we came back later to see if it was working, she was also rude. So we never got a key and used the mobile app. Also, the light in the bathroom was hanging by the wire and they charge $10 for a Red Roof Inn quality breakfast. Would not recommend staying here.

The check in was a little backed up but the girl at the counter was so kind and so apologetic for the delay. We didn’t care that we waited. The people in front of us were difficult. Your employee was sooooo patient with them.
