+ Smoking fee of $250.00.
+ Late checkout fee of $50.00 if the guest is not out by 11:30 AM. Past 12:15 PM full nights price.
+ If you get locked out of the property, there is a $100 locksmith fee after 6PM.
+ Respect quiet hours:
+ Weekdays: 9 PM–8 AM
+ Weekends: 10 PM–10 AM
+ External bookings require from $300–$2,000 deposit, rental agreement & credit card authorization
