Upkeep is lacking. The front desk staff is also not proactive about small issues. We had a room with blinds that didn’t work and the motion had mold growing in it. Not worth the price anymore.

The checkin process here is aweful. A staff member is present on checkin but you are forced to use the ipads, then as things go wrong he helps resolve this. However everyone cheking in had issues so it ended up being a 1 hour checkin as everyone was waiting for him to come and override the system. The parking for this hotel is about a 10 minute walk away. The room itself is very small but very modern, everything is controlled by an ipad which i liked and the bar was pretty good.

17th floor. Incredible views, rooms have sound-proofing, comfortable bed. I asked for an extra down comforter to lay on and it was really provided. Safe bldg and convenient locale.

There is no where to park temporarily to unload luggage. No information on parking until you have already parked and walked back to second floor for check in. Rooms are so small you have to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. There were no washcloths, no glasses for water and no in-room coffee.
