Property was under construction on our floor however there was no noise and it was pretty clean. Considering upgrades are definitely needed but so far they look like they’re working on them would recommend this place.

Small insects crawling through window into room, all over room, including bed, desk. Very small and hard to see. Took a shower in the morning, water was cold and filled up the bathtub.
