Checked in at 4pm While asleep was called by front desk and told to come back downstairs and prepare to pay again and change rooms due to the clerks error on check-in. This was followed by calls and text to my personal phone from the GM of the hotel. This transpired ove the couse of 1.5 hrs from 11pm - 12:30 am, at which time I packed my bags and left; convinced there was not a peaceful nights sleep to be had. The floor was sticky, the ceiling was dingy, and there was a mold and mildew scent in the room. Worst customer service experience I’ve had at a hotel. Front desk staff was rude and threatened eviction. Unacceptable on every level.

The room was small but well proportioned. It had everything we needed. The issue was the noisy a/c. We couldn't hear each other over it, and we weren't far away. The traffic noise was loud, too. Maybe some better sound proof windows would be nice.

Staff was wonderful. Lobby was very well maintained and room was decently maintained. There were some annoyance with the room AC dripping water, making loud noises, and what seemed to be mold above it. But otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by the upkeep of the hotel. I booked an accommodation room. Staff member made sure to put me in a room with a walk in shower that I could crutch into. Unfortunately, there was no chair to sit in the shower- so I relied on my one good leg and hand rails. I probably could have asked for one, but I was there for a short night so I just dealt with it. Also, the shower head holder was apparently broken and the shower head fell directly onto the foot of my broken leg- ouch. The water pressure and temperature was great though. Other than the couple of issues, I was pretty impressed with how the hotel is ran. Would use it again for a one night stay.
