Book a hotel near Mall of America, East Bloomington

"Dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted with the condition of our room. The bathroom was covered in long curly black hair, which I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning myself. The room had clearly not been vacuumed, and to make matters worse, the dishes left in the dishwasher were still dirty. I realize we are using Hotels.com third party website, but we shouldnt get a less than acceptable room. There were also no regular coffee packs provided — only decaf. At that point it really made me wonder: Did anyone actually clean this room, or did they just change the bedding and linens and call it done? For a Hyatt property, this level of cleanliness and lack of attention to detail is embarrassing. Guests should not have to clean their own room upon arrival or question whether basic housekeeping was done at all. Very disappointing experience."

"Two elevators weren’t working the day we checked in the next morning no elevators were working had to vary our luggage down 5 floors. Elderly people were carrying their luggage down the stairs also with no help from anyone. No hot water to shower in the morning."
