Unfortunately I am only here for one night but it was excellent. I would say that you need better holders for the soaps in the bathroom. The ones that you have come apart when you try to use them.

The hotel is directly across from the main entrance to Atocha station and the express bus to the airport. The surrounding area felt safe even late at night. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was fairly small for the price but this a perfect place if you are arriving late or leaving early.

Rooms are very very small. Poorly designed. The toilet was right in front of the sink so you had to stand on the side of the sink. Why? No toom to open 2 suitcases let alone one. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices. Right across the street from the train station.

Good but no night rest.

Everything was good except the air conditioning Which did not work during the night which affected my night rest. Hopefully you can improve that, then it will be considered an excellent stay.
