Wonderful stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was very useful trying to go around town. The room was very clean and nice/ the whole theme with it being an old paint factory and keeping that history is a nice touch

Great location. We came for a concert across the street at Breese Field. The hotel was super clean. The fitness room was great! The house keeping staff was amazing. Clark at the front desk was super helpful. When we come back to Madison we will stay here again.

First time staying at the Indigo, and I was very impressed. The staff was professional and friendly. The grounds are immaculate and well-kept up. Their conversion of the building was very well done and they've done an excellent job of keeping and telling the history of the building.

I stay at this hotel because it's a nice hotel convenient to walk to near by venues and they claim to have sound proofed rooms. That being said we were asked to leave at 1 am because of noise complaints, and when I said the room say they are sound proofed the staff told me that's incorrect and they never said they were. Well on their link on Expedia it clearly states sound proofed rooms. Horrible experience.

This hotel is the most beautiful combination of historic meets modern art, the walls, white, the floors a slate concreet which is brilliant for boots/tracking. I not once saw tracks....ever. The staff really cares about "their" hotel and it shows. In talking to one staff member ( I ask a lot of questions when my expectations are exceeded) I complimented the hotel and he stopped, thanked me and continued to state it is the best one by far to work for. They enjoy and take pride in what they do. This is all you need to know, rest assured from top to bottom, every detail has been thoroughly thought through and executed for your comfort. Ha "rest assured" pun not intended but funny

I stayed only one night for a conference. It’s an old paint factory and there was a significant paint smell in the hallway due to renovations happening. The room was good, bathrobes were a plus, and bed was soft and comfy. The bar had some fun specially drinks and the food was good.
