The property was in a good location for the attractions. An included breakfast would have been nice. Staff was friendly and rates were reasonable

We were disappointed. There was no bathroom in the Lobby. We traveled close to 7 hours and had to wait to get to our room. We liked that it was close to downtown and the Ferry. It was nice to get discounted tickets, but when you say you will be open at 8 am, please be there at 8 am. We waited for 15-20 minutes and decided to eat breakfast and come back for the Ferry tickets. The room was blah! No towel rack to even hang a hand towel! One conditioning shampoo available couldn't have been smaller. The fan in the bathroom couldn't have been louder! Surprisingly, the AC wasn't too loud. We don't mind basic, but it could have been better.

Great quick stop

Older property but well maintained. Our room was clean and smell free. Had a fridge which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff was efficient and pleasant. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Don’t know if I would stay for several days just bc the rooms are smaller but great for couples or older families without much stuff.

Clean and basic

Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious. There's an indoor pool. Location is great. However, unlike the description says, there are no laundry facilities for guests. The one in town has horrible reviews. You'd have to go across the bridge to the next town. Otherwise it was fine for one night.

Not exactly what I expected for a tourist town at +$200/night. Musty smell when entering the room. Obvious water damage signs in ceiling, floor and bathroom that appeared covered up. Wouldn’t choose if back in the area to stay again.

This hotel has a great location. It is downtown and there is an easy walk to many stores and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. I will stay again.
