Outdated rooms, confusing booking. Thought i had booked double queen beds as it stated on the booking and pictures. Only got 1 queen bed. Room smelled musty amd carpet was stained and bunched up.

Our room had tiles that were raised as if a possible water leak had happened. The room had a very distinct odor to it as soon as you opened the door. Bathroom was very small a very very low shower head, that was not good for my 6'2 husband. Breakfast was nice and warm.

room needs serious updating. bathroom faucet doesn’t shut off all the way, tile sheet by the shower head is bulging and the calking is coming away, fan blows hot air, mold behind toilet. light shades are old and dirty as are the fixtures and furniture. window curtains coming off the track, owner needs to take pride in this establishment. I would never stay here again.. to start off the room was definitely not kept very clean. There was cobwebs everywhere. The smell was less the pleasant. An it looked like they were fummagating a mattress for bed bugs right in the parking lot. To top off the stay when we came back from a day on the town our door was wide open an 2 men were doing maintenance on the ceiling in the bathroom. Said they had a work order. Why would you ever put us in a room if you plan on doing work on said room. Was definitely upset seeing how all our personal items were in there. Save your self the problems an DONT stay here!

Liked shuttle service to and from boat dock. Bathroom was tiny and in serious need of repair Drains in shower and sink were clogged and slow. Hair dryer was not working. Lightbulbs needed replacing. Difficulty communicating with cleaning staff. Room in general needed a good cleaning.

We stayed at this property two years ago before it was taken over by Wyndam and it was excellent, clean and a good price. Since then it has become dirty, lack of repair. We will not stay here again. The chain should be embarrassed to have their name on it.

The room took several hours to actually be ready after check-in time. We had to get ready for a wedding, so was a major inconvenience to be told our room would not be ready without being cleaned/door opened for several hours. Would absolutely not stay again.

We were assigned a room when we first arrived. It was in such poor condition. It barely had any water pressure, the air conditioning didn't work, had damp rid under the beds (in a pet friendly room), the power outlets were outdated. We complained and a nice young man at the desk changed our room after the air conditioner didn't work. It was a better room, but for being a Wyndham Hotel very surprised at the condition of the whole unit

You get what you pay for. It’s a poor condition motel. The wall by the shower was moving. The table in our room was falling apart . So it was a ok motel just for sleeping and to clean up. They are serving free breakfast everymorning but not the healthiest . Staff was friendly !
