The staff was pleasant and gave helpful information at check in. The room was clean and the property was located in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants and the ferry. The air conditioning unit did not pump out much cool air and the shower had very little pressure. This hotel worked great as a place to land and sleep since we were very active during the day and didn’t spend a lot of time there.

No complaints. Even if I had one, Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond in every way possible for any question or request we had. He was absolutely wonderful and friendly and gave us suggestions for things to check out in the area. I truly hope his boss or supervisor or who ever he reports to knows how much he goes above and beyond for the guests! Five stars for Brandon!

The free breakfast was marginal at best. A tiny room off of the front desk, 3 or 4 tables total. No room to maneuver around at all. Only thing hot was make your own waffles. Had bread and bagels, but didn't have single serve cream cheese or peanut butter, but did have a community container of each just like mom's house. They did have cold cereal and milk.

Staff is fine but the property is older and needs renovating. The room was hot and humid on entry but eventually cooled down. The swimming pool was cleanish but old and again needs renovation. Breakfast was moderate but again old and halfassed, small dining area and rundown appliances. Also parking? Forget it, tiny lot no room to navigate and no extra spots at all

This is an old motel and definitely in need of updating. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. The lampshade on the nightstand lamp had numerous tears and holes in it. The balcony chairs were dirty. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable. Extra blankets were old and just plain nasty. We did not eat here so can’t comment on that.

The room was fine. The biggest issue was that the fire alarm in the room went off at 630 AM waking us up, but there was no fire or smoke. When I called the front desk they said they couldnt do anything until maintenance arrived at 10. It did stop randomly going off around 7.
