The room was quite small but very adequate and well equipped and very clean. Pool and hot tube area were well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly, and helpful. the beach fires were nice and had a good view of the bridge.

Weekend in Mackinaw City

Nice, quite, family owned and run, place right on the water! The fires on the beach every night at 7:30 are a nice touch! The free shuttle to the Island Ferry picks you at the front office, so don't pay for parking at the Ferry lot like I did :(. Would definitely go back.

Clearwater Lakeshore is truly a hidden gem! The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the view is absolutely stunning — especially at sunrise. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. It’s peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive from downtown and the ferries. We’ve stayed multiple times, and it’s easily our favorite hotel. Highly recommend! 🌅🏖️

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times before. Great staff and small but adequate breakfast. The fire pits and smores on the beach at night over looking the Bridge are a great touch!
