The property is nice. Front office staff was extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that the bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

I made a reservation for 4 people, I didn’t get sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Our guest in the hotel were having the same issues. Also, if I reserve for 4 people, why they only put 3 towels?

We visited the property before my family came to town as they are picky. I felt everything looked clean and a nice lobby. The property was easy to get to with close parking. The staff always said something cheery when we walked in. The maid service was awesome as everything looked nice after they fixed the room everyday. The room looked like new. We enjoyed the breakfast. There is nothing to even state that the could improve on.

The staff was helpful but we were oer charged 3 addtional days. When we arrived they did have our room available. We were put in a room with 2 double beds and a studio when we paid for King bed suite. The room was not available till the next day. My brother in law had to change rooms due to mold!! We had to ask for toilet paper. We were only given one set of towels in one of the rooms. Honestly if it weren't for the people at the front desk who were curtious always smiling our stay would have been a complete disater. The hotel is in need of renovation badly! I will not stay here again!!!! DO NOT Reccomend.
