This home is lovely. It was perfect for my daughter and I while our floors were being redone. The location is perfect, and the weather was horrible so having the garage was an amazing bonus! The master bedroom’s bed is so comfortable. The closet is HUGE and there are plenty of hangers! Looking forward to recommending this home to anyone coming for a visit.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and it’s just fantastic. Very homey and the garage is so convenient. Beds are comfy and plenty of room. The only thing I would add/change is there are two small windows above the bed in the master that don’t have blinds/shades that need them. As soon as the sun comes up the room is crazy bright and I like it dark when I sleep. So, sleeping in or taking a nap is hard in that room. Highly recommend the house though. Convenient location to Louisville and Southern Indiana.

Great location

It was a perfect place for us. We were meeting up with our youngest child and his spouse for a very important doctors appointment. The location was close to Louisville without being in the city which made it easy for us to get to appointments. We enjoyed downtown Jeffersonville and walked to lots of dining and entertainment. We walked to the Ohio river front. The house was perfect, 3 bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice with lots of towels available I would definitely stay there again. We loved being able to park in the garage to keep out of the rain.

Great Louisville location

Family visit to Louisville and this was a great location. Would stay here again. Close to Big 4 bridge and very walkable area. Access to garage was nice and we walked and drove the area. Recommend Pearl St Taproom.

We had a short stay on the Jeffersonville area. This has great proximity to downtown jeffersonville and Louisville. Second time staying in this property. Delivers as promised. Would recommend and may stay there again in the future

Great price and Convenient Location

W stayed at this home for the Ironman Louisville 70.3 race and the location was great, easy and quick to get across the river. It’s also walking distance to a couple of cute restaurants on the river and they had a Friday summer concert that was great. The house has clearly been completely renovated - it is beautiful, we felt safe and there was plenty of garage and driveway parking. Thanks for a great communication in advance and during our stay.

The location was exceptionally convenient, situated in close proximity to restaurants, a coffee shop, the river, and a pedestrian bridge. The accommodations were meticulously clean and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, although a Keurig coffee maker was notably absent.

Beautiful new home in Jeffersonville

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The home is new and beautiful, with nice finishes, perfectly clean, comfortable beds and good appliances. We loved the location- walkable to the river, including trail and pedestrian bridge, walkable to shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes into downtown Louisville.

Family Vacation
