2 queen beds were comfortable and appeared to be clean. Floor could have been mopped better. Bathroom where shower and toilet were was very tiny, door was tight to close. Rooms are supposed to be "all Accessable", however, traveling with someone who needed this, yes, there was a grab bar in shower, but it was still a tub to step over, and no hand held shower massage.

Clean and comfy

Fairly sharp, basic lodging, somewhere between the level of, say, a Motel 6 and a Hampton. The bed was excellent, clean room, fresh contemporary decor. One suggestion: since room doors open to the exterior, a welcome mat or washable area rug at the door would keep the floor from getting wet on a rainy day.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Customer Service I was very disappointed with my recent stay. There were flies and mosquitoes in the room, which made it uncomfortable and unhygienic. When I brought this up to the front desk, the agent was rude and completely dismissed my concerns. I asked for a room change, but they ignored my request. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they address both their cleanliness issues and how they treat guests.trying to attach photos but i dont see attachment links

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was decent also. The only gripe I had is with their choice of mattress. Extremely firm, which I am sure some like but it was very difficult for me to sleep on. Kept waking up, and whatever side I was sleeping on would be sore.

This is one of the cleanliness hotwls i have stayed in in a very long time, the service was amazing and the location was absolutely the best ever. Any and every restaurant and store you could think of was in a 5mile radius which made it so convto enjoy the stay even more.
