Teresa who checked us in at the front desk was fantastic!! She helped us with so much letting us know when breakfast is served and where the pool was at. Best breakfast! The person in the morning who was in charge of the breakfast buffet did a wonderful job. She was so cheerful and thanked everyone for being their guests. Beds are very comfortable. It has been a long time since I have been at such a great hotel. Thank you so much!

Unprofessional and Rude

If your looking for rude and unprofessional receptionist and manager, this is the place for you. If things change and you need to cancel they say free of charge what they mean is they will keep your money and not give you a refund if you don't stay. Terrible customer service and poor ethical business they run. Also the toilets run maybe thats why they feel the need to steal peoples money. They were rude to an older couple as I was waiting in line to be helped. Should have known.

I would’ve easily given a five star had I not had a slow check in experience. The gal was very friendly, but inexperienced, and it took me 30 minutes to get checked in. Had to wait for the manager to show up to get an issue resolved. Otherwise, I love the location and the room. There were several restaurants and name brand stores right across the street and it was very convenient. I recommend this location compared to other locations in the nearby area. There was a full indoor shopping mall only about 2 miles away as well

While I didn't stay long because of a very late arrival, this room made me wish I did. The hotel is in great shape the room was spacious and modern, and the hand-held showerhead is something I wish all hotels had. The motorized blinds either didn't work, or I could not figure then out, but these are nits. The breakfast staff left the door open for me after closing in case I wanted something else which was very nice of them. You can walk to a bunch of places for food or munchies and it's a short drive to everything else, including fuel and downtown Louisville. The bridge has a toll, so keep that in mind if you're coming from the other side of the river.
