I don't conaider myself as a picky person. I have enough with a clean space, however, this hotel is the nastiest hotel I have ever been. There are plenty of roches and the smell in the air is annoying.

The receptionist was incredible, so kind and so accomidating. Buuuuuut... We were infested with roaches. I spent a little over $50 on cleaning supplies just to make it habitable. Also, I doubt that floor had ever been cleaned.

The entire property was infested with roaches and bugs and littered with trash. There was a filthy stench and bums loitering around. This property should not be listed on Expedia as it is an extended stay - so people are living there.

WARNING WARNING I visited on july10th 2025 thru July 12th 2025 for the Run 4 Roses basketball tournament at the Kentucky Exposition Center and this place is infested with roaches and fleas, Holes in doors, Smells every where, Just a dirty feeling all together. This is a like an apartment building. People live there permanently. It needs to be shut down. No one wants to take bugs home with them. I got a refund but it stills needs to address on how this is not a location for out of town people. This a a half way house. Shut them down now!!!! Freaking awful had to sleep in my car with my daughter. Every where else was booked. They was on the floor on the walls in the bathroom just freaking everywhere!!! I hope this HELPS anyone that’s thinking about staying here. DONT DO IT!!!

We checked in around 4 looked over beds but had to go to the race track husband was racing . Got back to hotel about 2am within 30 min being in room we started seeing cockroaches crawling on the counter and the walls it was terrible and we grabbed our bags and left. No one at the desk to complain to and we are still trying to get our $ back. THIS HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

CHECKED IN AT 3 WAS OUT LILTTLE AFTER 630 infestation of roaches went there bc had kitchenette, but bugs were kust more than i can do.. STAGF WAS UNDERSTANDING AFTERWARDS BUT SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING UPON CHECKING IN IMO BECAUSE THEY ALL WE'RE WELL AWARE SYMPATHETIC BUT COULD PF SAVED ME A LOT OF RESCHEDULING IF WAS TOLD UP FRONT.
