The staff were kind, professional and extremely helpful. The courtyard was a fantastic place to unwind and relax. The courtyard was a little loud when I was going to sleep, but I was also going to sleep really early because I was still feeling east coast time. But I would just recommend getting a room that doesn’t face the courtyard if you go to bed early. This hotel was perfect for me and I can’t wait to stay here again.

I chose this hotel because I just needed someplace near the airport to stay before leaving for a cruise the next day. I was alone for 6 hours so wanted a place that had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle took quite a while to pick me up from the airport, it was hard to distinguish between all of the shuttles at LAX airport. The check-in was very busy and they didnt have anybody covering the onsite restaurant. Some of the other guests were extremely rude to the hotel staff. Overall, it was ok.

This hotel is very convenient, close to LAX. A lot of dining options around, safe and staff are very nice and accommodating. The only problem we had is my friend's room smelled musty and air conditioner was not working properly but our room was perfectly fine. It's also confusing to navigate to rooms. But loved our stay in general

It was close to the airport and has a shuttle. We did wait for 30 or 45 minutes for the shuttle. The layout is a bit odd, but it was quiet and had a good variety for breakfast.

In n out burger, 7-11 and Ralph’s and other restaurants just across the street, free shuttle pickup to and from airport, free good breakfast specially the do it yourself hot waffle, friendly staff, free water in lobby, 24 hours free coffee, very clean, with swimming pool and 24 hour exercise. We also booked LA tour with Tania which was amazing. The staff in breakfast are always friendly and active. Big spacious room. Washrooms are always clean. Rooms are bit older but clean and quiet. Very strong WIFI with no password. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommended. Stayed for 3 days and are very happy.Don & Marissa M. From Vancouver, BC,Canada..
