This place was so clean and had amazing amenities! Communication with the host was excellent and I have nothing but positive things to say! Great location, quiet neighborhood, and close to great cafes and coffee shop! I loved the balcony and relaxing out there with the time I had to do so. We were there for a family event so this was a perfect place to unwind!

Great Quiet Place in Burbank

We loved this place. It is a quiet, comfortable, secure place to stay in Burbank. The balcony is a big plus, too. I definitely recommend staying if you're in the area!

The property is clean, well equipped, comfortable and exactly as described. It is in a very nice neighborhood which is walkable with our little dog. Secure parking in provided with EV plugin if needed. Nate is very prompt and helpful.

We stay at a lot of homes when we travel and this was the cleanest we have experienced. We were also impressed with how nice the quality of everything from kitchen appliances to towels. The security of parking in a gated home was nice as well. We planned on bringing our dog but didn’t in the end - it has the best dog set up I have seen for dog to access outside with doggie door. It was a very safe, clean and quiet neighborhood with so much to do! Beyond impressed and we are a bit picky!!
