Excellent stay. Good price for the location and condition of the motel. We stayed during a road trip and after staying in various states of motels it was so refreshing to stay at the safari inn. Service was great, room cleaning was fabulous and everything felt very cozy. The pool was lovely to use in the evening and you can see the stars. The shuttle bus to universal was excellent, always on time and a clean and safe transfer.

Liked the free parking, shuttle to Universal Studios, restaurant available on sister hotel property, heated swimming pool and friendly staff. The staff went above and beyond when my husband left his cell phone in the room and was delivered to the airport within an hour. There was nothing that we disliked.

Excellent all around! The staff was great, everything was very clean, the room was comfortable and the pool was great. We even got housekeeping even though we were not out of the room till late morning. Convenient to all the things you want to for do in the area. Overall will recommend.

I booked this hotel for a family trip to Universal Studios. The room was big enough for four of us (including kids) and it was clean. The only downside was there was no microwave. Other than that it's a nice place for a quick weekend getaway.

Fantastic family stay.

We had the best stay at Safari Inn. Great location in Burbank, loved the area. The hotel staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. We used the free shuttle to Universal Studios which was a cherry on top for our stay, drivers were great. Shout out to the pick up driver (Luis* sorry if that's wrong) he was the nicest person, made the journey extra special and is a credit to the hotel. The pool was great, room great. Would highly recommend and if we are ever back in the area would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms, dated property, but charming and clean. Attentive very friendly housekeeping staff. Lots of ambulance activity, facility in the area..sirens at night. Several quick food options within walking distance along with a drug store. Shuttle service was a big reason for us booking…property could benefit from a second shuttle, if you don’t have a schedule pre booked your options are limited…the single shuttle is popular. We had our days planned and scheduled prior, but wasn’t able to make any changes due to other visitors already having the drivers time. Paying for ride shares was not an expense we had planned on. Pool was good and refreshing to wrap up our trip. All of the staff was very friendly. Overall great stay at this quaint property.

Great location, close to all of Burbank’s restaurants and activities. Excellent daily room service, even though we didn’t request. Also, the air conditioning was very responsive. Very comfortable bed. We will stay here again.

Great no frills property. Just a simple motel that has more than adequate rooms for a place to stay close to Universal without a parking fee. It was less than a 15 minute drive to the garage. The pool was crystal clear and the staff was awesome. The only downside was the noise at night. I just put some rain sounds on my phone and that did the trick.

Great place to lay your head down for the night. It was clean and served a purpose. FYI- if you plan to use the shuttle, make sure you reserve it way ahead of time. Time slots fill up fast too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is not bad either.

The VIP amenity of “two drinks” was two small bottles of water. The room upgrade mentioned in the review survey was not included. We rec the room we booked, no more, no less. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient to where we wanted to go.
