Check in was problematic and I’m still not sure why. My stay was paid for through Expedia but they asked for a credit card and for some reason it was declined despite the bank telling me there were no holds on the card. I was not able to check into a room I paid for until the “manager” came over and did something. Outside of that everyone else was super friendly and the hotel is amazing

Love Citizen M! The rooms are so clean and modern - small, but it’s like an adult fort! The iv sized king bed is so roomy and comfy! Great sheets too! Love the lobby living room with books and the great bar. Breakfast in the morning is also great! My go to any time I’m in downtown LA!
