Horrible experience. Limited parking, Homeless people. Hanging all around property. Rooms are horrible with noisy, AC units.And traffic noise. This property caters to a lot of transient people. Rooms are substandard. I would not recommend staying there.

This motel is in a rundown part of Hollywood. Unfortunately, this used to be a good area. Now it's filthy, with unhoused people everywhere, abandoned buildings, and bad smells. The property feels unsafe as anyone off the street can walk right up to your door. Many items (pics available) were in poor condition - burn hole in duvet, broken a/c housing, missing grommets on drapes, horrible mattress, and no towels. You have to go to the motel next door to check in/out. Would NOT recommend or stay there again.

This is definitely a bed in a room that locks with a bathroom, and if that’s all you need, like I did, it’s a solid choice.

First impression was walking into a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes, the smoke alarm was yanked out, no curtain in the bathroom, cigarette burns in the bedding, no curtain in the bathroom that looked out to a needle/ cigarette filled alleyway. We changed rooms and got one that didn’t smell like smoke, but was still dirty, eyelashes in bathroom, used toothbrush, a closet with nothing to hang things on, and a table without a top. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed! Not even you get what you pay for, this was beyond unsanitary and grimy.

Paid 90$ for the room and last minute they say they require a 100$ deposit so i ended up paying 190$ for a rinky dink room w mosquitoes inside! The deposit finally came back to me but after 7 days later!
