Our room wasn’t ready until 5:30pm. Even after waiting there was confusion about the fact that we booked two rooms. I was questioned and laughed at by a staff member, but Rebecca was able to correct the mistake.

Really well run …in the hotel and beach club. Food and drinks were great and not any more expensive than anywhere else nearby (surprisingly). Beach club had a great vibe like Vegas clubs but without the nonsense. Highly recommend
