This property was just average in my books. I do feel like the pictures look nicer than the flat, but overall it was still good. I do think it could use a thorough cleaning as the walls in the kitchen especially were dirty with handprints and other splatter. Some of the utensils were not very clean as well and there were some cobwebs in the sleeping area on the walls. The kitchen could be better equipped - I didnt have a cutting board/mat or a cutting knife whatsoever, so it made it difficult to prepare fruits and vegetables for meals. There is only one steak knife which was very dull and more like a butterknife. That being said, the location is absolutely the biggest pro of this property. Less than 5 minute walk to Earls Court station which was extremely convenient for transport around London. Check in was easy and also convenient including the communication. I had no issues finding the property and despite the cons listed above, the stay was still good.

Loved the high ceilings and doors onto the balcony, created a lovely feel in the property. The heated bathroom floors meant any spills from the shower dried really quickly and it was beautifully furnished. The host company was extremely responsive when we had concerns and very helpful with local recommendations. Very safe area and walkable to either local transport or the main high streets. Would definitely come again.

Had a great stay here and look forward to coming back. Upon arrival the Wi-Fi was a little weak so within minutes they installed a repeater and it was great after that. Wonderful service. Instant replies when communicating. Couple minutes to Earl’s Court station, a few more to Gloucester Road station. Great restaurants and access to amazing sites nearby. Highly recommended!

Great location, surrounded by good local restaurants and very close to the earls court tube. Room was tidy, comfortable and the kitchen was very handy. Our only critique was the noise, you can hear your neighbour quite clearly through the walls so our sleep was interrupted a few times but other than that small issue we highly recommend this location for a stay in London.

Really beautiful apartment.

We had a great stay at our apartment in Knaresborough Pl. It was a very clean, beautifulll room. Very spacious with a great bathroom and kitchen. Would highly recommended and would even stay ourselves again.

Property is ok for location. Bed was extremely uncomfortable I think the mattress was broken. raise this with the staff and they sent someone around but they couldn’t understand the issue. Bed was completely slanted got no sleep. Would not recommend. Think a travel lodge/prem inn is better option.

Entirely Unpleasant

I was in one of the rooms on the lower level and had an absolutely horrible stay, I could not wait to check out. The view was literally garbage, garbage littered outside the window and on the steps and cigarette butts. The flat was filthy, bodily substances on the bathroom walls, hair everywhere from previous quests. The kitchen had no amenities dirty utensils in a bowl on the counter, a dirty already used sponge, not kitchen or tea towels. One of the lights in the room didn't turn on, the chair provided for the desk literally made it impossible to try to work or eat from the desk as it was about 18 inches too low. Zero decor and just a nail hanging on the wall where any photo or decor would have been and is displayed in the photos online. The only good thing about the property is the location. Everything else was absolutely disgusting. Conveniently it won't let me add photos to the review, probably because this is a 1/10 review. Highly do not recommend.
