I would have expected a more up-to-date room. The front desk staff are pretty snotty, it's a Sheraton. No pet fee, but it's a shared ride to Heathrow at 10$. I was expecting something cleaner and not so out of date. No plugs by the bed. No usb ports the room.

Clean comfy room with good range of channel. Fast WiFi, nice bathroom and quiet even though close to runway. Had food in the sports bar which was really good along with nice service from staff. Special mention for the guys booking me in (didn’t get his name but a Liverpool fan (boo)) who gave such a nice welcome that I was immediately as ease with being there. Well done to him.

Please update the hallways and rooms! Just like the Marriott next door.its outdated! Add handles in the bathrooms for safety! Some of the bath tubs are very high up! No where to grab in case you are unstable. Also, maybe add an airport shuttle? Also the lady at the Starbucks, she seemed very stingy. I asked for a cup of water and she charged me for the cups. Also, they should have boxes ready in the dining room for people who order separate food and would like to bring food back to the room.

Rooms are very old , carpet was old and dirty, closet door was broken, AC was not working, requested twice before they fixed, fire alarm at night 3 am, raining , cold, everyone was out in the parking lot , 15 mins later everyone was moved in the lobby, after 45 mins everything sorted out by staff and security. No apology at all from the staff. Will not recommend at all.

Really comfortable bed and although the room was dated very clean. Room exceptionally hot overnight and the thermostat was broken actually it was bare wires and we were left a letter in the room saying we could be disturbed due to maintenance early. Car park was £17 for overnight would of been cheaper to pay an extra nights parking at purple park.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. The other one was a year ago, as I was there for an event. And nothing has improved. It is like going back to the 1970's with the dark furniture in the rooms. First of all, the TV in the room wouldn't switch on. Then, the air conditioning didn't work so, the room wouldn't cool down and there were no windows that could be opened. Furthermore, the room thermostat was damaged and the cover was missing. Fortunately, it is very low voltage. So, there was no risk of shock. Apart from the shock of it being missing. Upon making a complaint in the morning at checkout (I was only there for one night), I was greeted with a semblance of an apology. I recall that the last time that I stayed, the cover was missing from the thermostat in that room, too. It's simply not good enough.
