I was charged a smoking fee off £140. However I do not smoke. I was very dissatisfied and will make sure to tell all my friends and family never to stay there again. This has not only caused me financial stress but has also caused me to be very upset as the staff are lying about a smoking fee and would not help me any further.

A night near the airport

A night at the MOXY prior to a flight the next day ticked all the boxes it needed to. Smooth check in, comfortable rooms (with virtually no airport noise filtering through) a simple, no-fuss dinner and a parking space (not free but not overly costly).

Great hotel close to LHR

This is now my go to hotel if I need to stay near LHR. Gym is a decent size but enough to work out whilst away. Food is what you’d expect in a hotel but can’t complain at all with it. General entrance area is great, lots of space, seating and things to do like pool table, pingpong etc so ideal if there are a few of you. Will be back next time I am travelling.

Fantastic hotel, one not to miss!

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We received a warm welcome upon checking in, given a delicious drink and our room was perfect. The sofa bed had already been pulled out and the bed made for us so we could enjoy both beds in the room with no effort required. The TV system, air con/heating, room amenities and bathroom were all just perfect. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant and the vibe and decor of the downstairs area is so industrial and quirky, we loved it. We had an amazing nights sleep before our early start to catch our flight from Heathrow. This hotel is 100% the only hotel we will consider for any Heathrow airport stays we need and we will be recommending it to everyone we know.

Our new go to hotel for Heathrow!

We had the BEST stay at the Moxy! A stay over before our early flight to Miami, we had a brilliant night whether it was the large and very comfortable room with bed and sofa bed, the social space in the foyer which is unreal and the service and welcome drink was excellent. We spent the evening having a lovely meal and enjoying the space which is so well thought out and the interior design is beautiful.
