For as close to the airport as the hotel is, we were AMAZED at how quiet it was. We truely appreciated how quick and easy check in was, especially considering our 10 PM arrival time. The staff were very helpful regarding questions we had about getting to St Pancras Station in the morning.

This is my third time there when I'm passing through Heathrow airport. It's very clean. The rooms are lovely. The restaurant is quite nice and the staff is always good. The Hoppa bus is wonderful.
