Rooms were just average, clean and descent for a couple of nights. Had a room close to the outside door and every time someone went out the door it slammed shut making the walls shake and a big Bang. Didn't get much sleep! Bed was comfortable. The property on the outside was rundown and not maintained, very dirty, weeds growing out of the sidewalks.

This is our third weekend in a row staying there and I have to always ask for towels. Last weekend we never did get any. Same with this weekend after asking twice for them from house keeping

Our room was facing the pool in the courtyard. Very nice setting and the pool was great. The room was clean and fit all our needs. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I’d have to criticize was how we lost power in one side of our room 3 times in the course of our overnight stay. However each time it was reconnected before we could even contact the front desk. Must’ve been a breaker issue although it wasn’t set off from within our room. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Rooms bathroom wasn’t clean, white spots I’m assuming from the complementary bottles all over the walls of the shower, bathtub wasn’t clean either. No toilet paper roller. Finally the “A/C” that was in the room was non existent the mini fridge in the room could probably cool off that room better. They have signs posted stating “ sorry for the dusty atmosphere while we are remodelling” my opinion is that even if the work is being done there should be no excuse for the amount of debris that is not construction related being everywhere in the hallways

The room was frowsty, keeping the sliding door to the balcony remains open. The AC is also not rransfer a decent cooling air in the room. As we spent one nkght only, we did not take into account of the ongoing issue. And, definitely will not book again in the future.
