Reception was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping us get acclimated to the city, giving many suggestions. Personally escorted to our room and bags had already been delivered to the room for us. Room is fantastic! Has everything needed, in excellent condition and tastefully decorated. Nice windows with small balcony. Fantastic hotel!

This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is the most hospitable, friendly, thoughtful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to be helpful and make my family feel special. The rooms are very well designed and furnished - the perfect home to explore Lisbon.

The staff was kind and the place was very pretty and well cared for. The only problems were that the water pressure wasn’t great and the AC/heat didn’t work all night which kept me from sleeping. The lights were also tricky to understand - need instructions. Coffee was only served for 1 portion, with 4 guests, 2 adults staying in the room.

Beautifully decorated historic building with new upgrades. A bit farther of walk to the tourist hub but made it feel like you were a local. Excellent customer service and they truly make it so easy and think of everything.

This property was perfect for our travel objectives. We wanted a place where we can cook for dinner. All the amenities were in place to do that. The property is close to many sites and we were able to walk everywhere from the property. We also liked the "quiet hours" in the evening, it made for a peaceful stay. If you are someone who prefers lots of buzz at night, this is not the place for you. The hotel is also close to a supermarket where you can purchase groceries for cooking meals.

Great location in the city. Central but away from the madness. Short walk to the metro and easy to grab an Uber or a tuk-tuk to get you anywhere in the city. Strongly recommended not having a car in Lisbon. Streets are confusing and mostly one way and parking is horrendous. We stayed with our kids and apartment was a perfect size and set up. We all loved it! Didn’t love the online check-in but staff were really helpful and supportive on-site. Also loved how eco friendly the whole place was! Well done!

The room was very comfortable with a kitchen and a nice view. The hotel area is located in an old neighborhood and it does not have an easy access to the main landmarks. The hotel offers a la carte breakfast and not a buffet. The manager and staff was very nice and willing to help eith travel tips around the area.
