Front desk lady told me that rooms weren't available that I had to wait 25 to 30 min so I went back to my car after 10 minutes I saw people going in the hotel and they were check-in so I was mad

Love the hotel but the parking is an issue. As a woman, having to park far away from the entrance to the hotel and no security that I could see, it was a little scary. The hotel did state there was security all around but I didn’t see it at night. However I loved my room. It was very spacious and very clean. No issues at all. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area again.

This location and room was clean, newer and the room was spacious. Really appreciated how nice and professional the staff was, particularly the woman who ran the breakfast, I believe her name was Roberta. Only negative thing about the location was that the parking lot was shared with another hotel/casino where there were some homeless people hanging out and one person was even in the hotel hanging out in the breakfast area.
