This is one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. We didn’t have hot water from the start. The air conditioning didn’t work. The breakfast was cold and gross. They never refilled anything. I asked to speak to a manager and never heard back from anyone. I then tried again and zero response.

Room was clean, king bed comfortable, the staff was very kind, and breakfast was hot. The only complaint I have was the shower containers on the wall need to be cleaned after every guest. A lot of build up products on the squeeze tubes that was old and gross. Definitely will stay here again but will check the shower containers before I shower.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean as well. The amenities were so nice, the gym is 24 hours which is great, along w breakfast being included w your booking. Something that really just sold my whole experience was the automatic self serve pancake machine at breakfast. Very cool.

Breakfast menu was very limited and no staff around to ask. Also - when snow falls - no one cleaned the pavements/walkabouts around hotel, so it was dangerously slippery. And the pool was so dirty that I can actually see the sand on the bottom of the pool and dirty leafs around the door/exit. And on Dec. 26 - there was no one at the front desk so I have to yelled and wait for about 10-15 min. Awful. Where is the Hilton standards?
