Exclusive 2 bedroom villa at La Orotava’s Valley:
House has been remodeled, kitchen, beds, bathroom... all is brand new. I am sure you'll love it!Old Canarian house, located between La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz, spacious and comfortable, just minutes from Los Rodeos airport and close to TF1 motorway that quickly communicates with all points of interest on the island.It is located in a privileged environment just 10 minutes by car from several beaches (Playa Jardín, Martianez, San Telmo, Bollullo ...)

The house is distributed on two floors; Ground floor has a kitchen and large living room with access to the porch and with wonderful views to the garden, also has a bedroom with two single beds.The kitchen is new and is provided with all the necessary appliances, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, a dressing room and bathroom with large shower.In house emphasizes the ample garden, perfect for the rest and the reading, presided by a magnificent Canary palm tree.

Casa indipendente ben equipaggiata

Casa indipendente ben equipaggiata è confortevole. Eravamo un po' preoccupati della vicinanza dall'autostrada che in realtà non crea disagi ma anzi accresce la centralità della casa rispetto ai vari punti di interesse dell'isola. Un po' rumorosa (traffico comunque solo diurno) la strada che fiancheggia la proprietà. Giardino super!
