We booked soecifically for the heated pool and hot tub. On arrival, we found out the spa was broken and no idea when it would be restored. We tried the pool and it was not heated and the pool area was cold. I told the front desk. They turned up the temp, but of course it was too late to get it warm. ...

The staff was very nice and professional. This is a cheaper hotel and you get what you pay for. Bed ok, a little springy, could use updating, but I thought I read they are doing it slowly.
