The lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke. There was, what looked like blood spots, on the walls and floor of the bathroom. Stuff was left in the fridge from previous guests. The walls are so thin we were able to hear everything going on next door to us and my child didn’t need to hear stuff like that.

Run! This place is nasty! Used soap was still in the bathroom, no towels in the bathroom, not sure the bedding was clean, curtains falling off the wall. I’m pretty sure they have never changed the the shower curtain.

A/C did not work drapery was missing parts not working and was barely hanging on. Pool was dirty one entry side door was broken. Do not believe the the carpets had been vacuumed since COVID started. Did not want to walk bare foot in the room. Minimal cleaning was done. Front desk people were nice and friendly. Was told they did not have a maintenance person. Not sure they had any maids to clean the rooms either. Did not appear that they own a vacuum cleaner.

The AC unit in the room blew hot air, and the staff had no idea how to replace it, if they could do so at all. They couldn't offer us a new room, as the rest of the hotel was booked by railroad workers until September. The window frame peeled away from the window upon opening. To my knowledge, the discount they offered due to these inconveniences wasn't even applied.
