Conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto Station. Rooms are small but clean and everything worked great. I liked the free coffee and tea on the main floor.

Very clean, safe and beautiful common area. Free coffee and tea. We had a room with a shared bathroom and public bath. The room had a sink, bed, fridge and air con. We enjoyed the quaintness of this place. The price was great if you are okay about sharing a bathroom. Would stay here again

The property is spotless, comfortable, modern, the bed is comfortable and l loved the onsen. My only area that needs improvement is the customet service. The reception staff dont acknowledge your presence, they dont ask you if you need help, they assume guests know where things are, or how to use the hot water, cofffee etc. They are not helpful, not kind, l stayed for 4 nights and not one smile or hello from a staff member. The reception area/ lounge feels cold and unwelcoming and like we are not welcome, l was literally tip toeing around. Horrible feeling.

Great hotel, but a few things to be aware…

Beautiful hotel but be careful: there is no bathroom in the room. It is communal (and did not pay attention when booking). Moreover, they are playing music in the hallways that can be heard inside the room… it is quiet, but still if you are in a room close to a speaker and sensitive to noise…

Great Hotel!

The hotel offers good quality at a good price. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. The common areas are very clean and organized. We loved the lounge with coffee, tea, and useful entertainment items like a microwave, books, and magazines. I highly recommend it.

I love everything about this hotel, Very aesthetically design. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and comes with complete amenities. The onsen and shower stalls are beautifully designed. I’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

Great hotel. I had a wonderful time staying for a week. The bathrooms were clean, and the room was the prefect size for me. The added touch is the lounge/cafe area and laundry. Close to Kyoto station as well. Highly recommend.
