Great service on my short stay

Staff was tremendously helpful with travel questions and majority spoke excellent English. Good sized rooms were clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have one English speaking channel available on TV but that’s a minor detail. I did not eat breakfast there so cannot comment on food. I would absolutely stay here again.

Love how convenient the location is. You literally cross the signal from the Toji station to get to the hotel. The staff was friendly and the buffet and cocktail hour refreshments were good.

Perfect for families with little kids

Wonderful location and great service. Super helpful with the baby crib as well. The only down side to the room is that there wasn’t much storage space but everything else was absolutely great!

This is a wonderful property. The lounge is very nice. Very walkable to Aeon mall and train station is right in front of hotel. The staff is great and helpful with all your needs. Very nice family environment. This place also has dryer and washer coin operated very convenient.
