Serious health and safety issue. During our stay, all four members of our family — including two children — developed multiple itchy insect bites. Symptoms appeared upon waking the following morning, which strongly suggests overnight exposure. This strongly suggests unsanitary conditions, possibly insects in the room. We have photos and documentation. This experience was extremely uncomfortable and concerning, especially involving children.

Cockroaches appeared three times in the kitchen, and even one came out of the refrigerator. Disinfection is needed. Everything else was great. It would be nice to have scissors available.
