Very nice. Good artwork. Nice balcony. The steep, long stairway can be difficult for elderly or "weaker" people.How to access the property was a bit unclear at check in.

Fun Christmas getaway

We had a great time staying on Duval. Lots of lights and music - beware it is loud late into the night (noisy cars and motorcycles). The unit was clean, and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Loved the balcony space! Historic hideaways communicated well and were very helpful with any questions we had.

Great location

Loved the balcony, great place to sit and people watch. Easy walk to anywhere. Very clean. There was separation between the two bedrooms for privacy. Do be aware however, the upstairs bedroom is an open loft so if your travel partners are up early in the kitchen and living room, you will hear it. Overall, it was perfect for two adult couples.

Lovely VRBO Facing Duval

We traveled with another couple so the VRBO was perfect with one bdrm downstairs with bath and an upstairs loft that was very private from downstairs. Access to the front outside balcony was wonderful with nice seating to view the street (Duval). All the amenities, nice kitchen area, washer and dryer were available. Very comfortable and close to all things Key West...walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping...small convenience stores are across the street. Very good directions to the property and access to the property. Parking behind the building was nice as it was off the street. Highly recommend this property.

Able to see it all!

The apartment complex was a great choice! The wrap around porch was the best of all to be able to sit out morning, noon and night and get sun on one side or be in the shade on the other!! The people watching was the best part of all and of course make sure to experience Duval Street. Great food music beaches and music to enjoy!! All with in walking distance! This is one not to miss!! If you choose this home make sure and go by the Asian bistro and tell the manager bartender hi!! She’s one not to miss!! Make sure and ask for her specialty drink its amazing!!!

Great place!

Great spot in Key West

This property is in a great location. I was worried at first about it being on Duval and would it be noisy. It was not noisy at all. Great location, easy to get everywhere on the Key. Definitely recommend it.

This property was excellent! We loved the parking (not many places that offer a parking spot in Key West). There is no way to beat the location! You are a short walk to everything! Will definitely stay again!

Break in the Keys

Great Location

We loved the location. Only steps away from the Butterfly Conservatory and Hemingway House. About 9 blocks from Sloppy Joe's and Capt. Tony's. Definitely grateful there was reserved parking at house. Was surprised that the house was actually on the Historic Walking Tour we went on. 🤔 House had plenty of room for the 4 people in our party. One thing I would mention is the staircase to get to the space. Be prepared to carry luggage up about 20 steps. The wrap around balcony was really nice. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this property and all it had to offer.

Great Location, perfect accomodations

Great place for two couples. Right on Duvall Street, close to everything. Balcony is wonderful. Clean and full equipped. Will stay again when in Key West. Rental office right across the street, held our luggage before check in for us. Very nice folks

Amazing place and amazing location!

This is the perfect distance to anything you could want to get to, with or without a vehicle. The designated parking spot ended up being a HUGE difference maker between our place and the place our friends rented where they ended up with a rental vehicle and nowhere to park it. The house was clean, well equipped, and the balcony was one of our favorite places in the keys lol! Evening and late night people watching was superb.

Birthday/Memorial Day Getaway in the Keys

The location, overlooking Duval Street, is perfect. The place is huge, comfortably sleeping 6, and is dog friendly. Very clean, with all of the amenities. Just note that, if you have somebody that is disabled with you, there is a steep staircase with no elevator. Also, there is only parking for one vehicle, so if there are six of you staying there, you had better hope that you all came in the very same car. I can't recommend that three groups of 2 meet up there, planning on parking three cars.
