My room so cold i ask them put in a different room that was a problem.. yesterday night when i check in the guy always put me on the ninth floor i stay there all the time .. i want never stay there no more want get no more of my money 💯 am going to call my bank in get my money back i was freezing in that room gave me one heater still was cold in i when downstairs and told them about my room they say the heat was working in my room.. no wasn’t still cold

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was very nice, overall. The complimentary breakfast was very good. But the pool was out of order, and I think that should have been made known to guests before check in or a slight refund issued. My children were very disappointed.

Really nice hotel and room. I would maybe stay again. The only downside was that the tub was clogged and my room was freezing. I literally slept with socks pants and a sweater. Never experienced that in a hotel before. Also seems like housekeeping didn’t change the toilet paper roll and basically kept the same roll from the previous customers. But I would give it a try again.
