It’s nice in the lobby, the exterior is nice as well. Our entire floor stunk like smoke (pot/cigarette), to top that it smelled like dirty diapers. The walls are very thin, it was rather noisy, which was ok, but the stench NO! It’s in need of some serious work for $200/nt. The only plus is that it’s close to MetLife stadium.

Absolutely filthy: Flea-like insects on bathroom towels, dirty floors, extremely worn and tattered bed linens, overall unsanitary. We had no problem getting money refunded and front desk employee was pleasant.

The only glitch is that I was not given my Driver's License back after checkin. Rather than bringing it to my room I had to go to desk to track down rather than staff notifying me. It was put in a drawer. Good customer service would have brought it to me. I was going on a cruise the next day and would not have been able to board after 7 hour drive from Ohio. Little details mean a lot to me.

It was what it was. I went to go and see Beyoncé. It was a mostly quick Uber from the Met Life Arena. It checked the box of staying very close to venue. The room… smelled absolutely horrible. Shower was not the best. BRING SLIPPERS TO WALK AROUND THAT CARPET. The signs of “Lock your car and don’t leave valuables in it” left me feeling a bit nervous. Would I again? No. Was it affordable for one night? Not really for the issues.

The room was not cleaned properly at all - microwave was disgusting, ants by the window, residue was on the wall, out of 5 front desk interactions only 1 was pleasant, communication is almost nonexistent.

Let’s do better

The hotel needs a complete remodel. The cabinets are falling apart. Their walls were severely stained. There was a bad smell that was masked by some type of fragrance. We had random loose hairs in are towels.

Go to a different hotel

Couldn’t get in the front door to check in. They wanted me to use my room key that I didn’t have yet. Then I booked 2 rooms and prepaid for both of them, but they’d only let me check in one and another person had to check in the second. The curtains backing had holes which allowed light in that woke us up in the morning. We were told there would be silverware and dishes and there weren’t. There was black sticky stuff on the carpet and the carpet had holes. I’d stay somewhere else next time.
