The open-concept living area features a comfortable sitting space, a flat-screen HDTV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings when sea air turns cool. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with wide ocean views, perfect for unwinding after a day on the shore.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony access where you can wake to sunrise over the water. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with access to an additional full bathroom. Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your stay.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen makes meal preparation easy with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table. A breakfast bar connects the kitchen to the living space, creating an inviting spot to share morning coffee or casual meals together. Cooking basics are provided for convenience.

Outdoor living
Step outside to your private boardwalk and enjoy direct access to Jacksonville Beach just steps away. After a swim or sandy stroll, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling on the balcony or patio to enjoy the ocean view.

Comfort & convenience
Guests have use of a washer, dryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. Free parking is available for two vehicles, and self check-in with a keypad ensures an easy arrival. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Peaceful beachside retreat
Whether visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer escape, this condo offers the simple comfort and coastal charm of Florida’s First Coast. Please note that pets are not permitted.
