We felt at home immediately. This property is extremely clean and comfortable in every way! The kitchen is well equipped and orderly. The host was easy to contact. The property itself is even prettier than the online pictures.The beach view is incredible as you can view the shoreline in either direction as far as you can see. .Pool area is very comfortable. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back soon.

Excellent beach and ocean views

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this nice condo which is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is excellent, and Jax Beach is clean and uncrowded.Our nrecommendations would be to install drapes on the patio doors for light control and ro replace the bed frame in the 1st bedroom, as squeaks every time you move.

Better than a ocean front hotel!

This was our first time doing a short term rental and we will definitely rent this property again. We had the same comforts as a hotel like comfortable beds, the ocean view from the balcony, being steps from the beach, and community pool with the bonus of a kitchen and washer and dryer.

If you're aiming for an ocean view each day with quieter surroundings and direct access to the beach, this is it. Nice place, sufficient space, good parking--host was very attentive, kind & helpful. Check-in, check-out was a breeze.
