Each year I make several trips to the Indianapolis area from Phoenix. I always stay in a hotel. The Hyatt in Carmel was a great place to stay. The accommodations, staff and amenities were outstanding. I shared with the front desk when I departed that I plan to stay at the Hyatt on future trips to the Indianapolis area.

Wow! The room was so modern and stylish! It felt very upscale. The staff was not very friendly. Not rude, either, just kept to themselves. Didn't go out of their way to say hi or ask if we needed anything. Several times we passed workers who were reading books or surfing on their phones at the front desk and didn't even look up. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of fresh, prepared fruit, some hot choices, and plenty of coffee/tea.
