The iron didn't work. When you take a shower 🚿 water comes through the shower door all over the floor bathroom. The bathroom was too small. And when I asked for a discount on my room the staffing said I had to deal with the 3rd party I've gotten the room through.

Hotel provided a nice breakfast spread every morning. While there were laundry facilities on site, there are only 2 sets of washers / dryers. They were full / running most of the time. I had to wait a couple of days before I could squeeze in my laundry. I was unable to book a 2-bed room, so had to use the fold-out sofa bed. It was loud and very uncomfortable. Cushions were stained and dirty - didn't want to sit on it as a couch. While the room was "made" and pick-up upon arrival, it was not "clean." There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and on the bathroom walls. We stayed in a room with a handicap bathroom, so there was no lip on the shower and it was not sloped well. When taking showers, water ran out of the shower pan and to the floor drain every time.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly as needed. The hot breakfast was good. Our room was clean, but is in need of a deep cleaning, especially the tub and walls. The bathroom sink area is laid out poorly, as the light shines (although not very bright) on the bed area. This was a problem for the early riser to not wake up those still sleeping. However, we WILL stay here again. We will just select a different room lay out. It is a very nice hotel.

EXPECTED ROOM TO BE MORE COMFOTABLE

Pros: Breakfast and location
Cons: Hot tub fixed to circulate, if not hot at least warm eggs in the morning for breakfast, improve HVAC in rooms for better air movement, very stuffy....
Location: IU Health North Hospital
Room seemed to be very humid, needed more fresh air. exhaust grille in restroom but no exhaust fan. Air movement within room terrible. Great breakfast although eggs were cold, Hot tub was not hot, pool water was actually warmer than hot tub.
