The staff was pretty good. The bathroom was TINY. The bed was so uncomfortable and the food for breakfast was really bad. Also the pool is so cold. Hot tub isn’t warm either. There was literally ice on the windows in the pool house. We couldn’t care it for more than 20 minutes.

Hot Tub was dirty and cold. Had cloudy water with hair clumps floating in it and the water was probably around 75 degrees. There were no towels for the pool area and when requested they said they were going to bring some and never did. Upon check-in I had to call down to the desk because the bedding was either stained or soiled and had to request for a whole new bed set. Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall, a very nice hotel with nice features and plenty of common space. The hotel needs to focus on details to keep it nice. Clean and vacuum in the corners, keep the equipment in the gym maintained, keep the pool and hot tub maintained. All the spaces including the rooms are very nice but the details need to be addressed. That includes breakfast, which is really nice, but we ran out of everything from 9 to 10 o’clock, except the eggs and Canadian bacon.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. There were two small trash cans in the entire suite. Went to go swim and a baby puked in the hot tub, tried to call front desk from our room phone to report it and the 0 goes to the international customer service department where you have to press 1 for English. We were also charged twice for our stay and no refund has been given.

The hotel is pretty big but only 3 floors. It is nice being able to stay in a suite and have the extra room plus kitchen amenities. The hotel and room was well kept and clean.
