Disappointing

A pool of water on the floor when entering. Jack-hammer and mariachi music outside of door. Paint peelings all over sidewalk and parking area. Construction tubes on walk across front of room door. Desk did not want to call a taxi.Breakfast tables dirty. Basic food of waffles, eggs, sausage. bakery and fridge stuff.

Everything was good except for they make you eat there continental breakfast in front of them. I tried to bring it back to my room and was informed that I could not, after already making it "because of roaches". I mean how fast are the roaches getting in there? Not very reassuring. There also was a dirty rag left in the bathroom and a dirty sock by the tv dresser.

The room floor was dirty. While walking around in my socks, they became dirty and you could still see dirt and things on the floor. The hair dryer in my room did not work. I had to check out a day earlier to head back home for family emergency and I had asked about a refund on not staying the full time and was told they do not give refunds. It would be nice to have staff that understand speaking English.
