The house was beautiful & very clean. Kitchen has basics - plates for 5 people, a few pieces of silverware & basic cooking utensils. There was no toaster but the oven worked fine as a substitute. The neighborhood is a little rough but we had no issues & would rent this house again if we were in the area.

Listing states it sleeps 8. There are enough beds for 6. When we contacted host, she explained that the king bed in the master sleeps 3 and the couch in the LR (which was not a pullout) slept one. This is awkward at best for 4 couples. There were no sets of 8 of anything in the kitchen-5 dinner plates, 4-5 small bread plates, 4 tumblers, and 4 wine glasses. I would not recommend booking for a group. As mentioned in other reviews, the neighborhood is…under redevelopment…which didn’t bother us once we saw how the house was set up. There is a one car garage to pull into—but again, if you have more then one car in your group, this might not be the place for you to book.

Excellent Stay

First, Mirella was excellent to work with. Very helpful and gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to go. The house is new and was in excellent condition. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very spacious kitchen. The fenced in back yard was an extra bonus to sit and enjoy the sun. There are a lot of new homes being built in the neighborhood. We felt very safe and walked freely around the neighborhood. The location was great - close enough to the city but yet not in the mix of all the downtown traffic. We had a great stay and are hoping to come back soon. Thank you Mirella.
