Staff were polite and welcoming, the room was clean, although I got the family room which meant sound proofing wasn't great with the room next door and neighbour had the TV on very loud very late into the night. The gym was week equiped and clean

Lovely hotel, location perfect for station however bar lets it down. No traditional cider on draft or bottled, no Pinot Grigio same story six months ago. However room was perfect and bed very comfy.
